home screen launched at 21:18:21 then stopped at 21:18:23, this probably explains you don’t see the load event later after the lockscreen because it has already been fired once during this short activation.

Pierre Hébert how to be sure the launcher won’t be stopped ? Did you noticed permission errors ?
Sorry I don’t know, the app doesn’t decide itself when to be started or not. The permission error is harmless.
