I’ve been getting crashes on and off while changing settings and such. Usually if I move onto something else, whatever was crashing would start working again after a while. This time, I got a crash while changing some settings for the app drawer. Lightning now crashes every time I attempt to load the app drawer. Nothing short of wiping the app data fixes it. If I load my backup, it starts crashing again. What causes these crashes and how can I recover my app drawer?

When using the “rotation” option in the “Misc.” menu of item properties, items don’t always rotate all the way before stopping. Instead they stop like 1-20 degrees before they’re fully rotated.

Is there a way to get around the photo downscaling whenever it goes to the crop screen? I’d like to put some higher resolution assets into my setup, but every time I try to add a picture from my device, it goes to the crop screen first and is automatically downscaled a TON. 800×640 if the crop screen starts in portrait mode. The best I can do is keep my phone turned to make it start in landscape, in which case it gets downscaled to 1600×1280.

Hoping someone has a solution for me here. Trying to use lightning launcher to create a rotatable home screen using the rotate options on each element (rather than having the launcher actually rotate). Everything works fine, but my only problem is my wallpaper. Does anyone know of a way (open to anything. scripting, random little-known live wallpaper apps, etc.) to configure my device so that I can use two entirely different images, positioned independently (I want to have each image offset and scaled differently) for portrait and landscape. The catch is that it has to depend on the sensor, and not the actual software rotation, as that is locked.

Hello everyone. I am trying to find an android version of rainmeter recently and this launcher was the closest I got so far. So here’s the thing. I want to make my own windows-like template and I’m stuck on making the start menu using a folder. What I want to achieve is this; in the start menu folder, there are some folders like documents, music etc. If i tap the document, the folder document will open and when I tap the music, the document folder will close and the music folder will open. Any help will be much appreciated!

On Samsung S9+ Oreo desktop shortcuts out of the apps can’t be set anymore. So when you say “add shortcut to desktop” nothing happens. Ex: f-stop gallery, samsung browser, quickpic and so on…

Hi, I’m new to LL. Is there a JS similar event or state like document.ready() in LL? I want to declare some stuff earlier that will be used later for animations and so.
Another question – Any idea on Variable scope – Can variables be shared between multiple objects. I’ve tried using methods under LL object but to no avail.

Any way to speed up LL animation speeds; app drawer and flicking pages/objects on desktops? Its not as quick and snappy as I would like.

Salve, come si fa a mettere le schermate in verticale potendo scorrere su e giù, al momento ho solo quelle orizzontali (destra-sinistra)
