I cannot add chrome shortcuts to Lightning Launcher on Oreo. It says that it successfully created the shortcut but nothing happens actually. Seems to be related to the Oreo update: https://support.google.com/pixelphone/forum/AAAAb4-OgUsUcjgZ3JccA8/?hl=by
I just bought this launcher today… This is somewhat disappointing :/

yeah the launcher needs updating for oreo but the devs away, anyways i wrote this a while ago as a workaround for someone, its untested on oreo though hopefully it works

nice 😊 i had a feeling it would i wrote it for someone whos device was missing this feature in the add shortcuts menu, with the launcher being able to run scripts the community can write workarounds for most problems we come across. Of course there only temporary fixes until the dev returns, when hes here though hes quick to implement new features and fix bugs.
I have the same problem. Is there a bug report filed somewhere that can be followed?
