I cannot add shortcuts to pdf. I tried ES File explorer, samsungs own file explorer and an app designed for oreo: pin pdf, nothing added the pdf to the homescreen…

Amaze File Manager works

Long press file to choose

Right-top corner menu – add shortcut

Are you on oreo? For me amaze file manager does not work either… (no possibility to “add shortcut”)
