Can you change default sort direction in folders and the app drawer?

Also, (and I don’t want to do this at the same time) is there a way to create second app drawer pages downward instead of to the right by default?

Is there a way to create your own folder style, and have it affect icon display (or hiding), text size and justification for items in the folder? I can’t seem to find how to define these things in the folder settings.
