Screenshot with the truncated version of LLX. The theme is from Lutz Linke from play store. Perhaps he could test it on his phone.

The colors look weird, kinda partially inverted. Is that the issue? Widgets look good. Will test this evening, out of town.

I think the issue is probably the 1pixel border around the screen

    Am I right?

Yes the colors are weird but that’s not the issue. The screenshot app inverted some color.

Yes, I mean the 1 pixel border. With the truncated version off LLX the result was better.

I see. This problem seems to exist for a long time.

Mostly widgets inside a panel are affect as far as I remember. When applying a template there’s a 1px gap to the left.

But also occurs often when just adding widgets. Sometimes it helps removing (not replacing) the widgets and re-adding them, but that is lots of work often. Might be an arithmetical due to rounding when adjusting to different resolutions.

    Pierre Hébert , any idea?

Yes, that’s exactly what I mean. Sorry for my bad English. I couldn’t explain it better.

With the truncated version this one pixel problem only happens with widgets in panels. The other widgets where placed correctly. With the latest LLX this happens with all the widgets. A few pages back I took the same screenshot. There you could see the difference.

Ok, I removed the rounding and went back to truncating, although that’s probably not the right solution.

Regarding panels, if there is a 1px somewhere, then I believe it should be there for all kind of items, not only widgets? Is this pixel part of the widget, or is it in the launcher view? A way to find this is to set a plain background color for the item in the box settings, and see if the color span the whole area or not.

Pierre Hébert It’s not in the widget but in the panel. Removing and adding new widget seems to fix. Even in grid layout (don’t use free).

…and it’s only when applying a template, not when designing.

…and (I think) when the device resolution is different from the original.

I confirm. It only happens when applying a template. When I just add a widget to the desktop or pannel this doesn’t happen.

And I don’t know if has something to to with mine Samsung S2 but applying a template LLX keeps crashing but it only say “LLX stopt working”. In German “LLX reagiert nicht mehr”. I have to go in system app settings to kill LLX and then LLX works again but lags extremely.
