OK getting some weird scaling issues with LLX and Zooper.

OK getting some weird scaling issues with LLX and Zooper. Just got myself a new Moto X 2014 which has a resolution of 1080×1920. When I add a Zooper widget with a scale of 100% I can draw a rectangle with a width of 360 dropping the scale to 50% doubles the width as expected.

But shouldn’t if be that at a 100% scale I should be able to draw a rect of the width of the resolution of the screen?

I don’t have zooper, but every widget in android have a margin by default. Maybe that’s why the size is a bit less

Its not that I can’t draw from edge to edge, its just that on a 1080 screen shouldn’t I be able to draw a 1080 width rectangle at 100% scaling, not a 360 width rectangle?

I miss my Z3 but getting 2 faulty phones from 2 different shops has put me off Sony, Im loving my Note 4 can’t wait to use it just have to wait for my # to transfer over 🙂 Then il whack LLX and all that good stuff on it.

Not trying to put anyone off the Z3 btw, its a seriously sexy phone with great features, but my experience with it blows so I wouldn’t recommend it 🙁

The resolution of the ZW canvas seems fixed to 360. To be able to use higher resolution, as you said, you need to change the scale. BTW: if you design at 100% on i.e. 720×1280, it WILL NOT properly be scaled automatically on higher resolution screen! ZW only scales down automatically, not up over 100%. That’s why I always on 720px with used 50% so ZWs would scale properly automatically even on higher resolution devices.
