I’m guessing Google has pulled it from the Play Store for some reason known only to them. I think it’s happened with LLX before and it happened with Tasker not too long ago.
Pierre Hébert will need to contact Google about it.
Also, I noticed a rogue copy of Lightning Launcher on the Amazon market. I don’t recommend installing that one as it does not appear to be owned by Pierre.

Yes, app removed. The reason is “spam in the description”. The little time I had this week end to work on the app is now used to fiddle with the app description, for which I really can’t see where the spam is.

Yes, but who knows for how many time? I removed the Japanese translation as it was a user contributed one and I was not able to evaluate it myself, I also removed the link to Jelly Bean Launcher Loader. Other than that I don’t know, there was no change since December 2015.
