From looking at Lightnings manifest I don’t see the fingerprint permission in there so no it doesn’t support it. You can add the permission to the launcher with the permission app by Lukas (requires xposed framework and a rooted device) or you could ask Pierre to make an apk with it (no root or xposed needed).
