I’m very interesting in this launcher but I see a lot of working come over me to manage the launcher.
First of all my question, how is it posible to get more themes ? or Templates ?

You can try the “Browse existing templates” option in the main menu (but few themes are available), or you may also try the “Theme manager” app (search for it on the play store)

The themes for lightning launcher have only been around for a week or two. Eventually there will be more to chose from.
