I have a nexus 5 and I’m trying to find a way to have my wallpapers fit the whole screen.

I have a nexus 5 and I’m trying to find a way to have my wallpapers fit the whole screen. I still get a black background on my bottom dock. With every other launcher the wallpaper goes right to the bottom but not with lightening launcher. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Happened to me too. It is a limitation and hard to get around. It only adjust to system wallpaper. If you want a different wallpaper on a desktop. I did like this… Select the desired wallpaper as system wallpaper. Go to an empty screen and check “hide notification bar” in the launcher settings. Now you have an empty screen. Take an ordinary screenshot and used that pic as the wallpaper of the desired specific desktop. You won’t get any black gaps this way.

Could you try to manually set 1080 and 1920 as the width and height value in the wallpapers related option ?

I’m not sure I can see what you’re describing, but could you post a screen shot? It could be a row of icons have a black background on them, or you may have a panel under the icons.

Zooming in/out/scrolling may help work that out too.
