Here’s a screen shot of my set up and you should be able to see three stop points I’ve set. Also I’ve unchecked snap to pages, use auto scroll and fit desktop to items.

For the most part this works fine but at times I get a lot of stuttering of the off screen items, not scrolling all the way to the stop points or even over shooting the point altogether.

Have I used them correctly and are there any other settings I need to change to get it working more consistently and smoothly.

I’m on the note 2, touchwiz. Wondering if memory is a problem.

i asked th same recently and Pierre Hébert  replied

“Stop points stop inertial scrolling, not dragging. Then you need to deselect the “Snap to pages” option, otherwise a full page is scrolled each time and stop points are bypassed.”

So if you drag over a stop point it wont stop there. which means having to be careful with small scrolls or dragging past and flicking it back.

i noticed with snap to turned off i also end up at some half way point if my scrolling was a bit week, i have not noticed th stuttering of items though.

    Cool.

I’m wondering if my phone memory is slacking. I’ve been noticing quite a lot of lag in several apps lately. Seems to have coincided with play services upping it’s battery usage. I’ll see how things play out!

Try removing the stop point. Since you checked the Fit to desktop.

Jhonbert Magana I have it unchecked now. I was having issues with the app grid I’m making off the left side not rendering correctly and stuttering and even disappearing with fit desktop checked.

Jhonbert Magana I am just wondering if you could make scrolling stop pont before or after a zooper widget. With LLx I could only make scrolling stop points after a page, is that correct. ???…

I didn’t clearly get you, sorry for the lack of English.

If you enable fit to desktop the scrolling automatically stop at the edges of your items. So if you want to fully stop there, don’t use “stop points”.
