It is by Karsten Franke.
I was hoping that someone would know what this theme is called/has the play store link?
And if it is not a publicly available theme, then how would I go about duplicating it?
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Awesome! Coincidentally I actually found your template a few minutes ago and added it to my wish list! (Was about to post it here for anybody else who may like it.) The Microsoft OS experience is exactly what I was thinking of when I saw this template, glad it’s based off that. I’ll wait till I can spend the money to buy it

Hah yeah nah I’ve already set up most of my home screens and desktops now with the default theme, so I’ll use that for a while cause it took me so long to do it haha.
But cool haha; if you ever do take it off, would be nice if you retire the source onto GitHub or something
