  1. Andrew M says:

Jappie Toutenhoofd thanks for that, much appreciated

  2. Julie Wills says:

    Curious – I can’t see Jappie’s comment.

  3. ?? Just above the photo /screenshot 😉

  4. Andrew M says:

That’s strange, I can’t see the original reply either now (I could before)

  5. Julie Wills says:

I don’t see a screenshot either – other than the one *I* just posted

  6. Julie Wills says:

Andrew M Are you on desktop? Are Jappie’s replies being hidden as spam? (If so, you won’t see them on mobile, but you’ll be able to reinstate them on desktop).

I just had a notification about another reply from Jappie, and I could see from the notification snippet that it included a link, but I don’t see the comment here.

  7. Andrew M says:

Julie Wills I was looking on the same device (lenovo p2). I could see the original reply early this morning (to which I said thanks). But noticed later that it had gone (looking on my p2 still). And the original comment still isn’t visible to me (so I see my reply as the first comment). I can see the repo.

  8. Julie Wills says:

Andrew M it’s possible for posts and comments to get marked as spam after you’ve seen them. But you’ll have to be on desktop to tell if they have been.

  9. Andrew M says:

Julie Wills a shame Google+ isn’t a bit more consistent, or logical at times.

  10. I also can’t see the comment of Jappie….

  11. Julie Wills says:

Andrew M In this case, I think it’s more a case of it was a bit slow to make a decision.

Plus it didn’t make the right decision. And you’ll have to be on desktop (or force desktop mode on mobile web) to teach it that it got it wrong.

  12. Andrew M says:

Julie Wills I had thought more organisations had moved to a mobile first strategy. Google+ isn’t something I have any inclination to use on a desktop.

  13. Julie Wills says:

Andrew M They’ve had that feedback too 😉.

Feel free to reinforce it via Send Feedback

  14. Andrew M says:

Julie Wills feedback sent. Though, unlike other companies (eg Apple) I’ve never had any response to feedback I’ve provided to Google, nor seen changes enacted for that feedback. Perhaps this time.

  15. Julie Wills says:

Andrew M You won’t get an individual response, but it does reach the team, and there are definitely things in G+ that have changed/been implemented as a result of feedback.
