I’m looking for a way to sort my All Apps by installation date (not update date that LL provides)

I’m looking for a way to sort my All Apps by installation date (not update date that LL provides) . Apex Launcher provides this ability. Use case: crap, what was the name of the app I installed last week? Lots of apps have auto-updated between now and then, so sorting by update date is cumbersome.

Is there an existing way to do this (a setting I’m missing… or perhaps a script?)

Much regards.

You should turn us auto update off, that way u can make sure u even wanna update an app first plus auto update uses a ton of data.. Jus a suggestion lol.. But that would be cool I’d like a drawer for install dates

Corey Spell very true, thanks for the quick workaround. although I love the auto-update feature, plus I update only over wifi. Maybe even just a filter “[first] installed within the last n days”. (Even better if the timeframe is able to be configured; even way more better for a multi-level user-defined custom filter / sort ability). Thoughts?

Oh I hear ya, shit if I had wifi it wouldn’t matter then huh lol but I’m limited to 6 gb a month.. But if it doesn’t have install date sort the only workaround I can think of is jus manually making ur own and every time u install an app jus add it.. But man it amazes me every time I start playing with lightning I see new shit, it’s insane the settings on this thing lol looks like it would take years to develop.. Wish I could learn the script editor easier somehow lol that dudes a genius

I would like to see this too. I don’t think it’s anywhere in settings but I wouldn’t be surprised if it could be done with a script. It makes me wish I was more comfortable with javascript.
