Hey Chris here you go, so I think my problem is the understanding of stop points, they are actually barriers and need to be placed on desktops not around the panel, correct?

If you are indeed scrolling the desktop, your SP would need to be on the desktop, and not actually in the panel.

    You should only need one.

Make sure that Match Edges indicates the screen edge that “activates” the SP

If you are scrolling within a panel, the SP should also be in the panel, not on top of it, but actually IN it.

Actually, from what I see, you probably don’t even need a panel for this.

It doesn’t make sense to me where they are located. They activate upon reaching the screen edge.

Delete them all but one. Select to keep them visible, so you can understand what’s happening, and move it around until you stop in the right place.

My confusion is, I thought I was moving the panel onto the desktop but actually the desktop is moving to the panel(which I can’t really wrap my head around because everything on the desktop is locked/pin). So if I put the sp at the left edge of the tie matches left edge. It should stop right on top of the tie correct?

No, it will stop when that SP reaches the left edge of the screen

Everything is pinned EXCEPT the panel, which is located on the first screen to the left of home screen… Correct?

Yes. So then stop points, don’t actually STOP on a point that I define only left and right?

Wherever the stop point is pointing, when scrolling that direction, the stop point will STOP when it reaches the screen edge you specify in Match Edges

But I do not want an edge I want the center of screen. I thought the edge of arrow denoted the actual stop point?

Yes, at the edge of the screen.

Just move the damn thing, so your icons will end up where you want them.
