Each time I tap the screen(while using theme templates only), the launcher gives me a gray circle animation. Why? and how can I disable it. It only happens when I am in LL with a theme template

That’s because you are tapping a panel with the material effect. You need to enter edit mode out of the panel, long tap the panel to edit it and either choose a plain selection effect, or change the selected color to transparent
Okay, is there a video to show me how to get to these panel settings, the one I found had a material effect mask option checked, I unchecked it. the animation is still there? help?
No, sorry.
You need to be sure that you are editing the panel as item, not the panel as container.
To do this you need to long tap outside of the panel, and then enter edit mode.
Then click it, click the brush to open the pop-up, go to the miscellaneous tab, selection effect, choose plain.
