And whenever I touch the screen there is a animation in the center of the screen like a tiny black circle going big…It doesnt matter where I touch k the screen the effect is on the center… Any idea how to stop it..

This is a bug present only on most recent Samsung devices with a lollipop touchwiz ROM: the animations are not updated correctly.
The issue has already been reported to Pierre Hébert and he will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Obviously I do not rule out the idea that it might be something else, this is just the best hypothesis…

– when you switched to n5 you just installed LL and then you have applied the template?
– have you made some particularly changes?

no, the problem is a different one.
You need to: long tap anywhere where the effect plays. Edit (be sure you are editing a panel). Go to properties, box. Set the selected color to transparent (alpha=0)
This should work, try it.

TrianguloY hello sir no its not working after this also I tried Lutz Linke idea to change in misc. From material to plain that’s also not working … and my snap to pages option is also not working now … if I have a shortcut on page 1 to page 4 .. it sticks in between it dosent scroll the whole page
