Long press desktop (or whatever container you wish to add apps to).
Tap the + icon
Tap app icon
Then in the app drawer long press the first app.
Multi-select will be turned on. You will see a bar at top telling you how many apps you have selected.
Just keep selecting apps until you’re done, then tap the ✔ on the top bar.
