   Yes, you can do anything with Lightning. Large icons is easy, for tile icons you might need an icon pack.

   I don’t have an example, sorry.

   minimize the number of rows and lines for the desktop. This way the icons will be bigger.

   for 7″ for example 4 lines and 6 rows should fit.
