   To change that blue line the only way is to choose a custom image

   
   

   Settings/app drawer/system bars/action bar/background image

   
   

   You can make a 1×1 bitmap with a color, for example, and the full bar will be colored. Or choose a custom image with a different line color

   Or choose an icon bitmap and crop in to the outside of it where it’s clear and no more line
