Hi, I have problems with LL. I am on a samsung A8 android version 8.0.0

I hope someone can help me with it.

1- When I try to save my panel as a folder style, LL crashes and no folder style is saved.

2- I made a panel in wich I have 2 widgets that are aligned vertically. I can switch from 1 widget to the other by swipping up or down. The problem is that the scrolling goes too far, so I sometimes swipe to an empty space over my 1st widget, or above my second one.

Do someone know how to fix it ?

    1. Yep same here

    2. Just made that to see if I can reproduce it and I cant, have you tried turning off the decelerate scrolling? and checking the fit to desktop to items (its in the panel settings under the scrolling options)

    1 – ok :/

2- yes overscrolling is on “None”

Fit desktop to items “on” or “off” same result.

I have 2 panels doing this thing, I tried to play with a lot of settings, nothing ends better.

I tried to use stop points, but it end or not doing anything, or it blocks the scrolling.

Yes I will try that. I also have problems setting my KWGT widgets in these panels, I will include this is the recording too, as maybe this is a related problem to widget sizes.

I am back, I think I found why it is happening.

I think it happens when I setup one of my widgets size, bigger than the panel size.

The problem is that I have to set my widgets bigger, because I have problems setting them the right size in KWGT.

They keep changing scale everytime I try to set them in LL or when I go back in KWGT to edit them….

Any idea to fix my KWGT widgets scale problems ?

in kwgt settings there’s widget size options try setting it to auto. It probably happens because of the padding in the widget. In Lightning you can remove it by setting the margins to a negative number.

there’s also a scale setting in the KWGT editor that will scale the whole widget.

I will try with outo size mode. Yes I know about the scale setting in KWGT editor for the whole widget.

I will try to set the padding to a negative number in LL if I keep having problems.

Do you have an idea about why I lost one of my saved widget in KWGT ? Not exported, only saved, I am using free version for now.

I think the problem is partially removed by setting marging to a negative number. It gets a bit tricky to set the right value, but it works. Thx for your help ! ๐Ÿ™‚

I did not open a new thread for it, but I sent a message on someone else thread, witht the same problem on a other launcher. I am not sure if the problem is kwgt or the way launchers andle kwgt, because people on nova for exemple have no problems.
