How can I restore the default android lock? What does the ‘tap and cancel’ procedure mean?  …

 I messed up and found myself with an ‘unlockable’ lock screen not yet locked 🙂

    Go to select screen, not select any screen and doing tap to back key.

    When selecting desktop to use for lock screen, instead of selecting one, just press back. You will see a “toast” saying “lock screen disabled”.



    Tap and cancel is very poor wording, or a typo. Never noticed that!

    Thanks: disabled. But now I am still without the stock one (which must be somewhere, because on boot I see it) … It seems to be on in android settings security (I selected ‘slide’) but I do not have it working …
