Some czech user need this script, Can you write?
What they neeed.
User have one desktop, and his desktop have home screen, one screen on left side, one screen on right side, and one screen on top side.
He need if is on home screen and doing swipe down = go to notification. If is on other screen, doing only move down.

What about placing a big transparent item under the home page with the swipe up (I guess you meant swipe up) set to open notification tray? (And also all the other items in that home page)

hehe, no this user mean this.
If is on home screen (on bottom not exist some screen) and doing swipe down, now show notification. If is one screen top from home screen, doing move back to home screeen.

Home screen:
—swipe down: show notification
—swipe up: won’t do anything(no screen below)
Top screen:
—swipe down: won’t do nothing (no screen at the top) … But you said to go to home screen!?
—swipe up: this will move to home screen…

user need set for swipe down open notification, but this gestures is in standard situation consumed for move on screen. (because exist two lines of screens).
