Can someone point me to instructions about moving my setings/layout to a new phone?
I was able to do an export (.lla file), and put it in Dropbox, but not sure how to bring it into my new installation.

You can copy that file from Dropbox to the Lightning Launcher folder on your phone. Then you may import that from the lightning launcher settings.
In theory you should be able to use “open with” from anywhere, however not all File Managers work and support this.
Save as a Template. Send the template to Dropbox
Do a backup in the new device,then place the template in this backup directory. Use lightning backup option,long press on the template and use restore
Simpler still. Did a backup to Dropbox on old phone, synced, opened backup file directly from D-box on new phone, done! Had to regenerate some widgets, but so far, so good! Droid Turbo 2, Android 6.0, ES FIle Mgr..Thanks!
