Hi!
Hi! I’ve been using LL for a few days now, and I’m in love with it, but there’s one thing that I just can’t wrap my head around. How do I modify the red title bar in the App Drawer? I’d like to remove the search and zoom functionality, rename the “Alphabetical” text, and make it black or dark grey. Thanks!

Because I’m making use of the Visible Apps function, and it’s nice to have the settings link in the menu.

You can access the settings for the app drawer Action bar… Long press in app drawer , settings, app drawer, system bars, action bar.
You can’t change the text (other than color), or remove search and zoom.
You can change color of bar or use a background image.

Chris Chastain Thanks for the information. I ended up using a black .png to take away the red, so that’s better than nothing. Is it possible to use a script to hide the search and zoom soft keys? I’m still pretty new to this, and haven’t even started on scripts yet.

Soft keys are outside of the launcher, you may use a custom rom specific feature or Xposed for that maybe, but Lightning has no control over them at the moment.

The search and zoom buttons in the App Drawer are outside of the launcher? That’s unexpected information. Thanks for the reply.

Oh, sorry I misunderstood, I read too fast and only “search soft key”, such as the one that can be seen on some (mostly older) devices. But unfortunately the answer is almost the same, they cannot be hidden (except with some crude hack)

Ah, I see. It’d be nice to see a toggle for those in future versions, but it’s not that important. Thanks for clearing that up.
