Hi!

Hi!

Thanks for the connection.. I have a few questions related to the lockscreen. I took a short watch through the search-results I got but didn’t find answers, so here my questions:

1. Is it possible to hide the statusbar totally in the Lockscreen?

I can hide it, but with a swipe down from the top it opens itself and I also can start apps through it. But I want to be fully locked if the lock is activated.

2. How can I prevent the pie-chart from LMT Launcher to work on the lockscreen?

I use Android with the pie-chart from LMT Launcher. I would like to disable them on the Lockscreen. It is possible in the LMT Launcher settings to disable it for chosen apps, but as the lockscreen is just a plugin it doesn’t work. I have to disable it for the whole LL, but then it doesn’t work on the Home-Desktop too and also not in the settings, so this is no option for me. My hardware buttons are broken, so I have to use Softbuttons. I can also start apps through the pie-chart, so I can start apps without unlocking LL.

3. When I set statusbar to hidden on the lockscreen but leave it visible at the home-desktop I have problems with the layout when unlocking. After unlocking my home-desktop has a warped layout ’cause it’s generated without the statusbar but has the statusbar overlayed. It changes when I open a app and go back to the home-desktop, but immediatly after unlocking the layout is wrong. The Screen is scaled to the resolution without the statusbar.

Is it possible to prevent that?

PS: I have a Galaxy Note 3, rooted, but with stock ROM on 4.4.3 using the recent version of LLX.

And I haven’t worked with scripts yet and have no clue, how to write one.

to prevent the status bar from ever showing just add a secure system lock. the same may go for pie chart

    Thanks for your answer,

I added a pattern system lock, but then I always have to unlock LL, then do the pattern, and sometimes, first the pattern appears, then I come into the last opened app, but after pressing the homebutton I have to unlock LL before my home-desktop appears.. it works with the statusbar, and also if I try to open an app through LMT.

But that’s not very useful this way… Did I understand you wrong? Or is there any app that does a secure lock but unlocks through unlocking LL by the lockscreen?

I want just to have the LL Lockscreen, nothing else. I have it built with a invisible Icon opening an invisible folder with a invisible icon in it, that unlocks after long-pressing. I don’t want to do a pattern after or before.. Could I maybe do it through tasker? I haven’t worked with it yet, but maybe it would be possible to lock the statusbar and close LMT if the LL lock is active and reactivate after unlocking..?

no you understood me right. yes it’s a real pain in the ass but awhile back Pierre Hébert mentioned the only way to have a secure llx lockscreen is to use a system lock as well. the only way to fix this might be to use tasker to cancel the system lock and unlock the llx lockscreen. and then link that task to a shortcut on the llx lockscreen. I’ve ran into a huge problem when I did it that way though so tread lightly
