You can move it in the resumed or paused event, but currently there is no way to detect when a new item is added (that I know)
hmm, i understand…
Anyway, i guess i found a workaround (in my case).
I put the item outside of his parent panel and on an upper layer.
In this way it will be always on top of all other items of that panel ^_^
