   No, not that I’m aware of, but if you want multi-select (not sure what you’re looking for) instead of tapping an app, just long press, and then select the others you want to add.

   I’m just wanting to organize things into folders more quickly; the long-hold time is long. It did not occur to me to multi-select; I tried this according to your instructions, but after selecting one, if I select another it just opens — can’t make multi-select work at all yet. Doesn’t work in edit mode either.

   It’s not that long well not on my phone anyways, i just timed it I got 00:00:01.54 whatever that is lol, I can’t read a stopwatch.

   Long tap on desktop or different container / items / hierrarchy. Or you can add shortcut and select LL action…

   David Laurence Emerson if you’re adding items to some container, when you select the first item just hold it. You will see check boxes appear to multi select.

   
   

   Long press cannot be shortened without removing the option of double tap.
