I need help with panels in Lightning Launcher.
I need help with panels in Lightning Launcher. Every time I tap inside the panel, I get a black ripple effect. I just installed the app so I have no idea what’s happening, I just downloaded a template and applied it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the setup that I tried to copy. I don’t see any ripple effect in their demonstration gif so I’m pretty sure that I did something wrong.

Long Tap on the item – edit – when in edit mode tap the brush in the bottom (or properties if the popup menu comes up(depending on your settings)).
in the properties panel move to the “Misc.” page. There is the setting “selection effect” and its probably on Material now and change that
