Nothing to do IMHO. Holo-style overflow and categories as tabs would look good, but navigation through settings is fast as it is.

I agree with Lutz, Maybe he could change the preferences theme to L Style (think this will be done automatically though) and add some L style transitions/animations and the lists that pop up on the desktop could be changed to L style but 99% of the Launcher can be pimped by the user anyway.
One thing I would like to see though is an option to go to Gplay from the actionbar maybe another icon or put it in the overflow.
