You mean, the folder content grid? Or the preview of the folder?

I think he want to change the folder icon with more ‘thumbnails’.
Currently that’s a built in feature that only support 2×2.
An option is to make a manual screenshot and set it as the icon (not very practical)
The best solution I think will be a script.
