You can have a secure lock screen that almost nobody can unlock.
But then you restart the device and the lock screen is gone.
What I mean: you can make the most unbreakable lock screen that nobody can unlock except you. But it will be easily bypass, because LL is not the default lock screen.

Just set a launch of a program which switch off the screen when the phone is starting and voila 100 % secure.
I’m using AutomateIt and set the launch of “ScreenOff” when the phone is starting
