So do I lol, did you learn how to code in school? They never taught me anything like that didn’t even have the option to take a programming class.

Jay M I had Informatics for two years now (3h/week). However we’re coding in c# in school (when we code at all, most ist theoretic) and I learned Java already when I was twelve (from a book) – back then I was programming my Lego roboter. Everything Android related is completely self-taught. I learn a lot from reading others code ( TrianguloY, Lutz Linke). For example this module uses code similar to gravitybox and xposed appsettings.

yes. I think xposedmodules should always show what they’re doing.

    Wow, this is so awesome ! ! ! !

This opens the way to ditch them all (APW, Zooper, Missed-It, Power-Toggles, SimpleRSS….)

    at the same time

    Wow, this is so scary ! ! ! !

You must have Pierre’s signing-key to do this, right?

edit: Sry. missed the Xposed part.

Jappie Toutenhoofd xposed is the reason to root a phone. It’s like lightning: it has endless possibilities. But not only for a launcher, for whole Android.

Finally had time to test, but i am afraid it does not work on CM11 v4.4.4.

    { Xposed has SU granted, caus GravityBox works like a charm, for the last few months}

After saving permission it keeps saying:

“Neither user 10074 nor current process has android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE.”

Jappie Toutenhoofd Hmm… I just looked into the cm source and it seems to be the same. I’ll build a debug apk and send it to you.

    Here’s another try.

Note: it is the exact same app. The only thing it shoudl do more is logging.

I managed to install xposed on an emulator. Will test for myself now. The apk will probably not work either.

So Jappie Toutenhoofd : Different procedure:

    – Install https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B40xU-30MxN7VHktWFk1bzdPVUU&authuser=0

    – Activate

    – Disable all other modules

    – Reboot

    – Go into Xposedmodule → Logs and send me the whole log.

Well Lukas Morawietz that’s quite a story. First try did not work. After clean install even the original worked. But before all this i was fighting wakelocks. Could not get rid of them. Found a Android 5.1 rom for my device….. Fxxked up…. Took nearly a week to revive it. … Now i’m on 5.1 and happy… but no Xposed.

    Bottom line, your module works.

Lukas Morawietz I only saw a pre-alpha…. And don’t want to spend another weekend to revive my phone again 😉

    I’ll wait a bit. OT: Just found out BT-headset FC’s calls 🙁
