The stars and galaxies really make a sort of 3D effect, that’s amazing.
This just gave me an idea: instead of changing an item position, maybe it would be possible to change the android wallpaper offsets. I wonder how it would work with live wallpapers.
Pierre Hébert there are some parallax wallpaper apps in the play store. I just wanted to make it in LL with the new features.
I also thought about the offset setting the background of a item of the size of the screen, but this was easier (otherwise I will need to store the image somewhere).
However it could be done (also, maybe in the future will you be able to add a setWallpaper method? Just the desktop wallpaper is enough)
Edit: rereading your post…a new built-in feature in LL to change the offset? That will be awesome! (You have the position computation in the script)
