   need more info why cant it be used does it crash, not show up in the widget list what’s stopping you from using it.

   weird I don’t use it but im guessing your talking about this apps widget? only reason I can think of why its not showing up is the apps not installed on internal storage. Unfortunately the devs away so community support is all that’s available.

   Ok, I have a look where it’s installed. But I’m pretty shure it’s not on sd.

   just installed it its 1*1 and not really a widget its basically a shortcut so that’s were you will find it in lightning.
