So how do I change the background per screen? Just like Multiple backgrounds…

One way I can think of would be to put a screen sized panel on each page. Then you can make each panel background whatever you want

Background per desktop: desktop settings, wallpaper, change the desktop wallpaper

Background per page: Chris Chastain’s suggestion (although I would recommend an item with custom normal background)
