Hello, how can I get notifications on app icons? When I receive new SMS/call/email/etc. I cannot see any new alert (small number on icon). Thanks.

Long press -> Add -> Badge
After you add a badge, if you want to get rid of the red background, you have to edit the item’s “normal background” image, and then hit X to not have one.
This is possible only for SMS/call and gmail. I do not use gmail and I don’t know how to get notifications on icon from Nine or Skype.
Tobiáš any non-supported apps require Tasker and scripting
Well that is quite disappointing. Other launchers show it without any problems.
Yes, other launchers can have… And other launchers don’t have many options, from LL.
That’s actually quite high price=( Why should I need smartphone without native ability to show notifications of many other apps? I don’t want to be rude (I love stability and customization of LL), but launcher without this feature is pointless for me=(
Iam not autor of LL, i cannot anything for you… Maybe Pierre Hébert (LL programmer and owner) can do more… Right now is possible only tasker and write some script. For example, i dont use this badge, because i use LED notification. Propably exist many aps in Google Play, they doing badge notification…

In my humble opinion, having notification counter in the home screen is pointless. Please let me explain why.
In the old days, there was the iPhone, and the iPhone had no notification status bar or similar notification center. There was a grid of icons with badges on apps.
Then there was Android. With proper notification handling, right out of the box. With Android, it was not needed anymore to go to the home screen to read and react to notifications.
But people were used to these nice little badges. And people asked for badges. Developers tend to try to reply to users request in a positive way, and so badges were implemented in some launchers.
With recent (and not too recent) versions of android, the status bar is always available from a swipe, even when it is hidden, and it will always show informations way better than the home screen could do. So the use of counters in the home screen is not that useful. By the way I don’t think there were notification counters in any of google’s launchers, including pixel, the last one.
As a consequence, I don’t think it’s wise to spend more time and add more weight to the app, for x, y, z app (well you coulf start at A, but the alphabet won’t be enough anyway).
Thanks for answers. I cannot agree with you, Pierre. Status bar is not very customisable as home screens (fore example with your great LL) and notifications are usually a loot of “random text” (I used Windows Phone for 2 years and latest WP10 status bar is much better – I mean more clean and aesthetically done – than Android’s 6.0.1). So I want make at least home screen for my needs… And now it looks it’s more tricky than I thought.
Android is still failing in aesthetic of UI… Every app/company/provider made their own design and together is absolutely mess that wont let me stay focus during use a smartphone=(
Only reason why I switched to Android from WP is much bigger app support. Which is paradox actually.
You can still use tasker and link with guide how do that what you need…
I know… It means some time and another money.
