Should be working unless its a Samsung device Samsung changed something so it doesn’t work anymore. There’s a workaround that needs the accessibility service to be enabled but its not implemented yet and I don’t know if it will be

I reckon it will but I know he’s working on a complicated feature right now so it might be a while before he gets to it, You can probably use Tasker and AutoInput to expand it as a temp workaround just create a task to expand it and set the task to run from the gesture.
I have a Samsung S7 edge and previously an S5 (both under Verizon) and have not had a problem with pull-down notifications. I have seen issues (with other apps) where requested permissions from the app were not provided on install and an uninstall and reinstall resolved those. Not sure if that will help you though.

Jay M the last two links give me a 404 error. The first link is what I need but for this app. Sadly the app doesn’t have the accessibility setting
Weird they work fine for me
An alternative to it is to install nova launcher, and use nova launcher expand notification page action, linked to LL swipe down action. 😉
