Can LLX used to build status bar replacement?
🙂
Something that Super Status Bar & 8Bit Status Bar can do.
#status_bar

I think yes. Hide status bar, then place i.e. a status bar-like widget in first row and pin it, so it does not move when you scroll the desktop.

widget? LLX widget? One that can show exactly same notification like stock status-bar?

Abednego JS you can do it as Lutz Linke wrote. LLX can not do, just hide. if you want the exact information as stock there is no need to replace.

Abednego JS Sorry, misunderstood. No, LL does not replace statusbar. But it does work I think with replacements. LL is, well, a launcher like Trebuchet, Nova etc.

Oh thank you 🙂
I think maybe there’s a way to have widget with exact information as stock but highly customable with LLX power

Abednego JS you might check out the xposed framework. Depending on what version of Android you have, there are several modules available to manipulate your status bar in every way imaginable!

Thank you thomas greer , already browse about xposed a long time ago.. And I can’t use it
You’ll know what I mean if you try to browse the detail about CROSS AD350 with Froyo 2.2.1

Oh yeah, very few modules for even 2.3. Im kind of in the same boat. I’m running 4.0.4 and all the status bar modules I could find are not compatible. 🙁
