I’ve had to reinstall my phone from scratch around 2 weeks ago and since then termux widget doesn’t appear in the app widgets list…

You sure the apps not installed on your SD card?
as far as I can tell it’s not. This is on android 6.0.1 with an SD card as adopted storage. Prior to reinstalling everything I had the widget.
