How difficult will be to make a screenshot of a desktop? I think it’s not too difficult, because in the desktop chooser they are, maybe slow I suppose. (I you want it to refresh every time, like folders)
What I’m thinking is to put that screenshot as an item icon…imagine the possibilities.
Another suggestion will be also to share it…but this is something I saw time ago in some other launchers.

The feature was implemented in the past, including the share action ! But over the time it has been deprecated. Also there are limitations with the wallpaper, it cannot be captured correctly and this is a problem for this kind of application. Do you think it should be re-enabled ?

Hmm, not really if it’s not easy to do.
I know it can be done just cutting a screenshot with the device.
My idea was to place it as full screen in a desktop, with items above (mainly in the lock screen with gestures, you will know what I’m thinking looking at windows phone lock screen) so you can have a ‘fake’ desktop which will change dynamically, maybe they will be more necessary with stop point’s actions.
Just an idea I had, don’t bother about it.
