How about a checkbox in the settings, to allow infinite scrolling?
Another possibility will be to enable that feature from script only (in the property editor).

Hm…since what I want is to allow scrolling when all the items are pinned (both, XY) maybe you can make it automatically, nobody will know it theoretically…(the wallpaper won’t need to move)
