It is not on the TODO list because these wallpapers are special: they are mostly handled in native code, instead of being managed by the virtual machine. The consequence is that they do not offer the same editing possibility as other items icons. Basically you can set a path and that’s all.
If I rework this part, for instance to allow cropping and scaling, then maybe (probably) I will need to make a more complex bridge between the native and virtual machine areas, and then bindings may be implemented too.
