   At the moment I have no device that supports this transparent status bar feature and there is little documentation about this, hence I cannot give you an ETA, I can only say that this is on the TODO list

    Yes there is a post over here, where Pierre post a new version number 8.1 t1. Its a beta but the transparent status bar works great
