   Do you mean Mediathek as in Library? If you’re from a foreign country Mediathek may mean Library. In that case, just go to the Lightning Launcher Google Play Store page and flip the switch that says “Family Library”.

   There’s no switch Family Library in my play store. Can be because im Beta Tester or I am a user over some year’s ago.

   OK, i got it. Family Library only if i bought it later than 02.07.2016. Sad to see that.
