Can I use more gestures than defaults? Like zoom/pinch (not to zoom:), 3-4-5 fingers etc.

3-4-5 fingers is not possible.
Pinch to event is possible, but not easy… TrianguloY has done that somewhere, I think in the folder Tool (for resizeing the folder)

that would be a feature suggestion as it is not possible with 3 finger anything. however the closest you will get to 2 ginger zoom/pinch action is the 2 finger swipe. so again to answer that id say its a feature suggestion.
