Don’t think this feature already exists, so here goes:
1. Upon installation of app, LLX displays a notification
2. Upon tapping notification, a list of custom folders is presented
3. Upon selecting a folder from the list, the app is assigned to said folder behind the scenes

This couldn’t be a “feature” as this is a very specific case! That would be a feature for one, maybe two or three people, not more.. (I think)
But if you want something like that, you can suggest what’s missing, like :
-> a tasker action, to get the list of custom folders (I think there is no.. Pierre Hébert)
Then, on your own, with Tasker (for example) you can do something like :
On newly installed package (app), show a custom notification.
On click on this notification, get the list of custom folders (still in Tasker), then call a LL script with in parameters :
– package name
– the folder name,
The script will add a shortcut to that app in the given folder, all in background 😉
This is a way to do it, there are maybe others !
