Can you add this two new option?
1) disable/enable unfold (open) notification
2) disable/enable power menu (long tap to power button).
Both is (largely) for lock screen.
Normally this options are includes in roms, unfortunately some rom can not.
Now i have installed Viberom (kitkat 4.4.2) from Lenovo. I have set disabled open notification in locked screen and disabled power menu in locked screen. On original locked screen, or widget locker working this settings. But in LL locked screen not working this disable state (Unfortunately, the menu and notification are visible).

About the power menu: I guess this can’t be done.
Only ROM apps can do that. (Due to security reasons and implementations) I think. Of course I’m not 100% sure.
About the notification tray:
You can hide the notification bar, you won’t be able to unfold it (nor see it too)
Pierre Hébert: I know other lock screen can disable the notification tray, just closing it when you try to open it. Is this possible somehow? Just an idea.

There are several options (read: hacks) to build a lock screen. They all have their pros and cons. The one I selected cannot prevent the notification bar to be expanded, sorry.
