add to LL parent control. For example disable long tap to home button, enable launch only selected app, or enable launche only app on destkop, etc.

Well, this should be more or less possible already using a separate desktop ? Although this is not really parent control.
I started to write an app for kids (no time to finish yet…) but what I discovered is that it becomes very difficult (or impossible) to do that because new versions of Android forbid some critical things: for instance it is not possible anymore to hide the status bar because a swipe make it appears, it is not possible to toggle airplane mode (important for network safety…) and so on…
